Opening in 2026, Bradford Hall is a brand new, purpose-built Burghley Care home located in Eccleshill, Bradford, next to the new Eccleshill commercial development. It will offer high quality residential, respite and dementia care in a safe and welcoming setting.

The home has been thoughtfully designed to support comfort, safety and a sense of community, with inviting living spaces and a caring team on hand day and night.

Meet the Team

We’re delighted to welcome Carmen Susai as Manager of Bradford Hall Care Home in Eccleshill.

Carmen brings over a decade of experience in care, having moved into the sector after her own mother developed dementia. This personal experience shaped her passion for compassionate, high-quality care and supporting families.

With Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care and currently working towards her Level 5, Carmen most recently managed a care home nominated for the Top 20 Care Homes in Yorkshire and the Humber Awards.

For Carmen, care is all about relationships, dignity and helping residents continue to enjoy life.

Seasonal Menus with a Personal Touch

Mealtimes are a highlight of the day. With a choice of beautifully designed dining spaces, each meal feels special. Our talented chefs create varied, seasonal menus using locally sourced ingredients, with dishes tailored to individual tastes, preferences and dietary needs.

Residents can start the day with a relaxed breakfast in the restaurant or enjoy it in the comfort of their own room. Later, there’s tea and freshly baked scones in the garden room, a delicious lunch from the daily menu, and a lighter evening option. To end the day, residents can unwind in our welcoming on-site bar and enjoy a nightcap with friends.
