What Makes Burghley Care Different?
At Burghley Care, exceptional care begins with genuine connection, dignity and respect. Residents are at the heart of everything we do, and our team is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive and enriching environment where people feel truly valued.
Find out more about us
Our Wellbeing Coordinators are on hand seven days a week, supporting residents to stay active, engaged and fulfilled. From continuing much loved hobbies and rediscovering old interests to trying something new, there are always opportunities to learn, share and create meaningful moments. A varied programme of activities, day trips and excursions ensures no two days are the same. We also welcome friends, family and the wider community into our home to enjoy shared events and facilities together.
We also plan to introduce a dementia friendly Wellbeing Kitchen, designed as a relaxed, homely space where residents can make a cup of tea, prepare light snacks and take part in familiar everyday activities. The café will support independence and confidence, while offering a welcoming place for residents, families and visitors to spend time together.
We see the individual behind every diagnosis. Care is tailored around each resident’s preferences, needs and life story, supporting identity, independence and a sense of purpose.
We go beyond physical care, building meaningful relationships with residents and families grounded in warmth, empathy and ongoing emotional support.
Safety is fundamental. Our secure environments, 24/7 staff presence and strong safeguarding practices give residents and families lasting peace of mind.
CQC-Aligned Standards
We operate in full alignment with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, regularly reviewing our practices to ensure our care is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led. In addition, we undergo external audits against BS 8606:2019, reinforcing our commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Specialist Dementia Support
Our dementia care is rooted in understanding and familiarity, with calm, supportive environments and ongoing staff training to deliver best practice, person-centred support.
Skilled and Compassionate Team
From carers to wellbeing coordinators and chefs, our team shares a commitment to high-quality care, supported by continuous training and development.
A Home, Not Just a Facility
Our homes are built around community, connection and everyday moments that matter, helping residents feel comfortable, valued and truly at home.
